How and when you receive your digital products.
Ulrich Tofack Royal Heirs (Pty) Ltd primarily sells digital products and services, such as ebooks, workbooks, courses, and online trainings. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, no physical items are shipped.
After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered via one or more of the following methods:
Delivery is typically instant once payment has been confirmed. In some cases, delivery may take up to 10–15 minutes, depending on your email provider or network connection.
Please ensure that your email address and phone/WhatsApp number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
