Ulrich Tofack Royal Heirs (Pty) Ltd primarily sells digital products and services, such as ebooks, workbooks, courses, and online trainings. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, no physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery Methods

After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered via one or more of the following methods:

• Instant download link shown on the confirmation page;
• Email containing your download or access link;
• WhatsApp or SMS message with access details (where applicable).

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is typically instant once payment has been confirmed. In some cases, delivery may take up to 10–15 minutes, depending on your email provider or network connection.

4. Incorrect Contact Information

Please ensure that your email address and phone/WhatsApp number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. If You Did Not Receive Your Product

If you do not receive your digital product within 15 minutes:

• Check your spam or junk folder in your email;
• Verify that the email address used at checkout is correct; and
• Ensure that your internet connection is stable.

If you still have not received your product, please contact us and we will manually resend the access link.

6. Future Physical Products

If we offer physical products in the future, specific shipping costs, delivery times, and courier details will be provided on the relevant product pages and in an updated version of this Policy.
