How we handle refunds for digital products, consulting, and events.
Because our Products are primarily digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this Policy.
We do not offer refunds for downloadable or streamable digital Products once access has been delivered, except in the limited circumstances below:
Fees for consulting, coaching, or strategy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been booked and confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new time.
Tickets or registrations for online trainings, workshops, or events are non-refundable. However, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person or to a future event of equal or lesser value, at our discretion.

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider does not automatically entitle you to a refund. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of your purchase and product delivery.
