Refund Policy

How we handle refunds for digital products, consulting, and events.

1. General Policy

Because our Products are primarily digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this Policy.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Workbooks, Courses, Templates)

We do not offer refunds for downloadable or streamable digital Products once access has been delivered, except in the limited circumstances below:

  • You were charged more than once for the same Product (duplicate charge);
  • You did not receive access to the Product and our support team was unable to provide it after reasonable attempts.

3. Consulting, Coaching & Strategy Sessions

Fees for consulting, coaching, or strategy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been booked and confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new time.

4. Events & Online Trainings

Tickets or registrations for online trainings, workshops, or events are non-refundable. However, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person or to a future event of equal or lesser value, at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this Policy, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your full name;
  • Email address used at checkout;
  • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction reference);
  • A brief explanation of your request.

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider does not automatically entitle you to a refund. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of your purchase and product delivery.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last Updated” date shown at the top.
